Trinitron’s passion for electronic music began in the late 1980’s. She was lucky enough to be able to listen to C89.5, which to this day, plays electronic beats. While attending Seattle University she was also able to experience the underground rave movement of the early 90’s. But her true love for Chicago style house came from nights at Flammable.

Trinitron has DJ’d all over Seattle: Flammable,Q, Monkey Loft, Substation, Train Car House Party at the Orient Express, Kremwerk, High Dive, Substation, SeeSound, Contour, LoFi, Electric Tea Garden, Chapel, Baltic Room, Havanas, Underground, Last Supper Club (Re:union 2), Source Salon, Ponti. Dropped beats in LA, San Francisco,San Diego, Las Vegas, Portland, Lake Tahoe, Bellingham, Tacoma.
INTERNATIONAL appearances in Prague, and a sweet weekly night in Iraq!

Creator (resident): “Bounce Brunch” and “1999”

Past residencies: vivid presents, Habitat, Fam Funk, Artifakt, They, WORK!
Past solo curation: Sin Box at Chapel

Festivals: Seattle Pride (Main Stage), Cascadia, Decibel, Pixie Dust

The path to becoming a DJ occurred at an after hours when a friend looked at her and said “you love this music too much. Get on these turntables and figure it out”. She did, and a few months later bought her first set of equipment.
