CLEANING AND CLEANSING AURA QUARTZ

Physical Cleaning: Clean Aura Quartz with canned air to remove dust and debris. Aura Quartz can also be cleaned with a mild soap or detergent and rinsed, or it can be wiped down with a damp cloth.

Energetic Cleansing: There are numerous ways to energetically cleanse Aura Quartz.

• Set on or next to Selenite or Satin Spar, or set in lavender.
• Use smoke from herb bundles or incense.
• Cleanse using the water method by running it under cool water with your fingers pointed toward the drain of the sink. Do this for about 30 seconds. Dry gently with a towel, and set out to dry completely.
• Charge under the full moonlight.

AURA QUARTZ TOXICITY AND POTENTIAL ALLERGENS

Quartz – “Toxic or harmful stone.  Toxic dust for inhalation…so if you must use Quartz for an elixir etc., be sure to clean off any quartz dust.” (Harton) Note: We have not seen this warning mentioned in any other resources, so take this citation with a grain of salt. However, it is always a good idea to rinse your stones before using them to prepare an elixir.
