Auralite 23™ is a rare blend of minerals and also one of Earth’s oldest. This stone is estimated to have formed around 1.2 – 1.5 billion years ago and contains a wealth of mineral inclusions of which Amethyst is the primary component.

Analysis of the complex structure of Auralite 23™ has shown that there are twenty-three different minerals in most specimens. The crystals themselves are structured layers of phantom chevrons composed of three Quartz species.

The twenty-three minerals within Auralite 23™ (aside from the “base” mineral Amethyst) include Gold, Silver, Nickel, Copper, Limonite, Iron, Covellite, Sphalerite, Chalcopyrite, Epidote, Gilalite, Bornite, Rutile, Goethite, Pyrolusite, Pyrite, Magnetite, Lepidocrosite, Ajoite, Hematite, Titanite, and Cacoxenite.
