All claims are final; once you claim an item, you are committing to purchasing that item. There are no exchanges or put backs of items during or after the live sale. Add-ons are permitted after the live sale. If you cancel your claims after the sale, you may risk a ban from all our future live sales.

If you are a new customer, you have 24 hours to submit your New Customer Form. If you do not fill out the form, we will put your claims back.

Invoicing generally takes us 24-48 hours after the live sale ends.

Once you receive an invoice from us, you have 48 hours to pay. If you need an extension due to unforeseen circumstances, please send us a message. Failure to pay on time with no communication may result in a ban from all our future lives sales.

FOR DOWSING: if an item the pendulum chooses for you does not resonate with you, you are welcome to put it back, but all claims are final once they make it to your basket.

For our customers who are not able to come to the shop in person, we allow open boxes so that you have the opportunity to shop all of our live sales during the week and save on shipping. Boxes can stay open for one week from the date of creation. We will send you an invoice after each live sale, and you have 48 hours to pay. Once you close your box, shipping will be added to your final invoice. If you have outstanding invoices from your open box, you will not be able to add any more items to your box until the previous invoices are paid.

Shipping is a flat rate of $18 and includes insurance. All orders of $222 and above, pre-tax, receive free shipping. We are able to ship internationally, however we cannot quote you a shipping price until after the live sale is over.
