Visit Seattle for the Crystal Cruise of a Lifetime

Visit Seattle for the Crystal Cruise of a Lifetime

The 2023 cruise season is right around the corner, and this year is shaping up to be a big one for Seattle! If you’re planning a Seattle day trip, it can be hard to narrow down the many exciting options. Between such titans of tourism as the Space Needle, Pike Place Market (not to mention its famous Gum Wall), Seattle underground tours, the Museum of Pop Culture (affectionately dubbed MoPOP by locals), and even lesser known attractions in Seattle such as whale watching and ghost tours, visitors can easily become overwhelmed.

If you’re planning to visit Seattle this season, whether on a cruise, a road trip, or simply in a fit of whimsy, you might be thinking of places to check out that are a little off the beaten path. Although the major attractions are fun and memorable, they can also become rather hectic and crowded. What about those visitors who’re looking for something a bit more… magical? That’s where we come in! If you’re looking for fun and unusual things to do in Seattle, you have to head south of Downtown Seattle.

While all the top tourist destinations prepare for the influx of new visitors, we here at Crystallography Gems wanted to bring your attention to some local favorites right here in our home neighborhood of Georgetown. Located directly south of Seattle proper and the SoDo district, Georgetown is home to a wide variety of unique activities and entertaining shops, restaurants, and art attractions; not to mention our own unique and healing crystal shop!
