Parking

Paid street parking is available; Street parking is free on Sundays. Please be aware of the times that the No Parking signs are active – the city is quick to ticket and tow during those hours, as it slows commuter traffic.

There is a 5 minute loading zone one door down, for quick order pick-ups. Two doors down is an uncovered paid parking lot, which includes one ADA paid parking space. Parking is available in numerous parking lots nearby; you can save money on parking for over two hours by using the SpotHero app.

Street parking is generally safest on 1st Ave, and parking spots are generally abundant on the three blocks between Virginia and Bell.

Accessibility

Our shop has an ADA lift & ADA restroom. There is one paid ADA parking spot available in the parking lot two doors down. We have couches and seats available.

COVID Policy

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID or have been exposed, please stay home. We are happy to help you over the phone, on Live Sales, or you can shop our online store.

We do not require vaccinations or masks. We do ask that you use hand sanitizer at the door, so that you can touch the crystals in the shop.

Services

We do offer paid crystal identification services. Identification starts at a flat rate of $20 plus $1 per stone we’re able to identify. Depending on the volume of stones you need to be identified and the time necessary for the service, additional charges may apply. Please call ahead if you’re bringing in stones for identification services so that our staff can be prepared to help you!

We do not offer appraisal services.
