Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges on undamaged items.
If your parcel arrives and it contains damaged goods, please email us right away with photos so we can start a claim with USPS. We will mail or email a prepaid label to be brought back to USPS. The item must be carefully re-packaged and returned within 7 days of the label arriving, or else the item will be non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your return and exchange was approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then our staff will find 3-5 similar replacement items for you to choose from and then ship it out within 5 business days. We do not offer different items for replacement, unless we do not have anything similar in stock.
If you are returning items, especially more expensive ones, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and insurance will protect you in case there is an issue with the mail. We only offer shipping insurance for outgoing orders on our end.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on damaged items on a per case basis. Outside of damaged items, we do not offer returns and exchanges. We do not offer refunds.
If you are purchasing a gift for someone but are unsure of what they would like, we suggest purchasing a gift card or electronic gift card from us. They are welcome to shop our online store, or they can use the gift card for a custom order via email or social media. Gift cards can also be used for purchases made in-store or through our online live sales.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All sale items are final. No exchanges or returns.
