Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on undamaged items.

Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives and it contains damaged goods, please email us right away with photos so we can start a claim with USPS. We will mail or email a prepaid label to be brought back to USPS. The item must be carefully re-packaged and returned within 7 days of the label arriving, or else the item will be non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your return or exchange was approved or rejected.

If you are approved, then our staff will find 3-5 similar replacement items for you to choose from. Once you confirm your choice of replacement, we will ship it out within 5 business days. We do not offer different items for replacement unless we do not have anything similar in stock.

If you are returning items, especially more expensive ones, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and insurance will protect you in case there is an issue with the mail. We only offer shipping insurance for outgoing orders on our end.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on damaged items on a per-case basis. Outside of damaged items, we do not offer returns and exchanges. We do not offer refunds.

Purchasing Gifts

If you are purchasing a gift for someone but are unsure of what they would like, we suggest purchasing either a physical or electronic gift card with us. Physical gift cards are redeemable in-store, through our online live sales, or by contacting us for virtual shopping assistance via email or social media. Please note that our online store currently does not accept either physical or electronic gift cards as payment.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

As our store hours have changed recently, we are revising our shipping policy. Effective immediately, online store & custom orders received via phone/email/social media will ship in bulk every Thursday. This is necessary as we use USPS for shipping, and since they are only open on weekdays, we have a tight window to deliver orders to them. We’ll do our best to get orders received prior to 4 PM on Fridays out same-day, but we cannot guarantee this. Sale Items

All sale item purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on sale items.
