ANGELITE

pronunciation – Angelite – “ayn-jel-ite”

As a crystal for healing the connection to oneself, Angelite promotes a brilliant state of inner clarity. This beautiful light blue stone emanates a high vibration whether raw, polished, or tumbled. Read on to learn more about Angelite!

SPIRITUAL HEALING PROPERTIES OF ANGELITE

Angelite elevates vibrations in order to activate and align the throat, third eye, and crown chakras. This healing crystal promotes the acceptance of the physical body as a vessel for the soul. In so doing, it helps us to better connect to and understand ourselves.

In addition, Angelite powerfully enhances communication and inner clarity. This stone excels at dream work and brings us more in touch with our psychic connections and abilities such as telepathy.

As the name suggests, Angelite’s high vibrations bring the user in closer contact with their angels and guides while also drawing in their protection. As a result, this stone effectively applies knowledge and experience gained in the spiritual realm to the physical plane.

PHYSICAL HEALING PROPERTIES OF ANGELITE

Angelite assists in the reduction of edema by encouraging the body to release excess fluid and disperse swelling. This crystal also helps ease symptoms of many throat conditions such as tonsillitis, swollen lymph nodes, strep throat, and other issues impacting the throat. It can even serve to increase thyroid balance which can in turn aid in weight loss and control.

Angelite encourages speaking up for oneself and then following through with the necessary action. It dispels raw anger and frustration, reduces compulsive behavior, and promotes self-responsibility.

Psychologically speaking, Angelite aids in mentally and emotionally releasing the past and accepting the present for what it is. It serves those who are incarcerated or feel stuck in their current circumstances. This quality also lightens mental and emotional burdens, making it a strong choice for those who suffer from depression and anxiety.

An excellent stone for those in healing professions such as nurses, doctors, therapists, reiki practitioners, and energy healers, Angelite wards against violence, intolerance, and abrasive or cruel behavior.

LORE & HISTORY

Angelite forms from the compression of Celestite over a period of millions of years. This stone was discovered relatively recently, having only first been sighted in Peru in 1987. It has since also been found in Germany and New Mexico.

Lore concerning this stone paints it as a gift from star beings as gratitude towards humans for organizing the first synchronized global peace meditation, which transmuted a vast amount of energy into peace, harmony, and love. This meditation ceremony took place all over the world at specific locations thought to be energy vortexes capable of carrying a higher vibration of universal energy.

HOW TO USE ANGELITE

Angelite calms and soothes, pacifying powerful emotions. Holding it invites an overall sense of well-being and connection to the higher self. Carrying a raw or tumbled piece daily generates calming vibrations that can deflect any negativity that comes your way.

On the Body: Carry in a pocket, pouch, or wear as jewelry to move throughout your day with an aura of calm.

Inside: Put a piece beside your bed or under your pillow to assist with dream work.

Outside: Angelite is sensitive to the elements, especially moisture, and should not be left outside.

CLEANING AND CLEANSING ANGELITE

Physical Cleaning: Clean Angelite with canned air to remove dust and debris.

Energetic Cleansing: There are numerous ways to energetically cleanse Angelite.

  • Set on or next to Selenite or Satin Spar, or set in lavender.
  • Use smoke from herb bundles or incense.
  • Charge under the full moonlight.

ANGELITE TOXICITY AND POTENTIAL ALLERGENS
