CRYSTAL PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Giveaway contestants must be 18 years or older to enter. Contestants must sign up for our Sparkle Loyalty Program and related email/text campaigns by providing their name, phone number, and email address in order to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway. Only one entry is allowed per eligible contestant. Contestants must be present at our Georgetown Carnival booth on June 10th in order to enter.
Prize winners will be selected periodically during the hours our booth is operating, and the grand prize winner will be selected at the end of our event. Winners will be selected by drawing their entry ticket at random from a spinning cage. Contestants are only eligible for a single prize bracket, and winning tickets will be removed from the giveaway upon being drawn. Winners are not required to be present during the drawings; we will notify winners via phone call or text message and hold their prizes for them at our retail location if they are not claimed during the event. Prizes will be held for a maximum of two weeks up to June 24th; winners will no longer be eligible to claim their prizes after June 24th. We plan to publish the names of all winners via email after the event to let all of our entrants know who won. As required by law, consumers may request a list of winners of prizes greater than $25 in value via mail at 650 S Orcas St Ste 218, Seattle, WA 98108. Winners will not be responsible for applicable state or federal taxes related to their prizes.

There will be a maximum of 500 entries allowed in this giveaway. The odds of winning a prize will depend upon the number of entries we receive; the minimum odds of winning a prize will be 1 in 500 in the event that 500 entries are received.
